Chick's Frame & Wheel only installs Bi-Metal King Pin sets. Our service techs have found that Teflon coated (stock) King Pin sets have a limited service life. We have also found that Kaiser style King Pin sets wear out truck spindles due to stainless steel spirol bushings material is harder then spindle material. When preforming king pin job, we inspects all wheel bearings and races, install new oil seals and cap gaskets. There is no short cut for quality work. King pin and Spring Pin jobs are "One Day" service jobs. Chicks also does air bag repair or air bag replacement on all trucks front in rear, we stock Goodyear and Firestone air bags.
